ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to expedite and conduct further investigation in Crime No.152 of 2022 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the missing woman and the children were secured and they were produced before the jurisdictional Court, in pursuance of the directions of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in H.C.P.(MD) No.1420 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022. He would further submit that after completing the investigation, the second respondent has filed a final report as further action dropped. He would further submit that the secured woman Srija has given a statement that she is not willing to live with her husband.
