ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.10.2024 for the offence under Sections 6, 7 and 24(1) of COTPA Act, 2003 and 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act in Crime No.400 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this Court on 14.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19711 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Accused No.2 was enlarged on bail by the Special Court and the same should be taken as a change in circumstance to consider the case of the petitioner.

4. This Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. More particularly, considering the fact that the earlier order was passed by this Court only on 14.11.2024 and the present bail petition was filed on 19.11.2024 and it has come up for hearing today.
