ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.658 of 2022, from the file of the second respondent to any other specialized agency life CBCID or to any other agency in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth and to recover my car.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the FIR in Crime No.658 of 2022 came to be registered as man missing and that on 02.12.2022, the petitioner himself has appeared before the respondent police and gave the statement that he went to Kerala as he is having money issues. Further he would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed a final report as 'further action dropped' before the jurisdictional Court. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the jurisdictional Court, if so advised.
