ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 1/3
506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, compromise was reached between the parties, by which, they settled the issue at the village level.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as unncessary.
