ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.281 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also made ready.
3.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
