This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed as against the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.239 of 2023, dated 20.10.2023, by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Sessions Court (POCSO Court), Dindigul.

3.Considering the age of the victim and the age of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
