PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 11934 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11934 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 24 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 24 days, this Court is inclined to 2/4

modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.11934 of 2025 on 14.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11934 of 2025 on 14.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
