ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substitute service of notice on second respondent in S.A.(MD) No. 525 of 2020, by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily Newspapers, which is in circulation of Chennai Town.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Chennai Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 01.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 23.03.2026.

4. Post the matter on 01.04.2026.
