The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 4, in Crime No.245 of 2013 , on the file of the 1st respondent police. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in which they are seeking relief to quash the above said FIR as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that as of now, in the said FIR, after completing investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this

petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
