Village, Kappiyarai Town Panchayat, Kalkulam Taluk, Kannyakumari District based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this this Court.

2.It is not in dispute that as on date, the fifth respondent does not have any permission from the competent authorities to run any prayer hall. Till such approval is obtained, the fifth respondent is restrained from running the petition mentioned prayer hall. 2/4
