When it is pointed that Indusland Bank, from whom the loan was obtained by the Petitioner, has not been made as a party and full particulars of the transactions between the parties have not been disclosed in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition by impleading all necessary parties with relevant particulars and supporting documents in that regard and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
