This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in crime No. 171/2023 on the file of the third respondent to any other independent investigation agencies.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is made ready.
