ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and her family members without following the due process of law under the guise of enquiry based on her representation dated 03.11.2023.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. He further submitted that it is a issue over money transaction.
3. Let the respondents close the complaint by advising the parties to work out remedy through civil process.
4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
