PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl.SC.No.59 of 2023 in Crime no.20/2022 on the file of the Respondent.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(l),5(N),6 ,4(2) of POCSO 1/3
Act in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl was sexually harassed by the accused on various occasions between the period October 2022 to November 2022 and when the same came to the knowledge of her mother the present case came to be registered.
3. This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 01.09.2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition. Further taking into consideration the grave offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. hence the petition stands dismissed.
