ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider my representation dated 06.03.2022 and dispose the pending enquiry initiated by the respondent vide 1/4
Na.Ka.B4/9372/2022 dated 05.07.2022 within the time frame may be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 06.03.2022 requesting him to cancel the patta issued in favour of one Meiyappan for S.No.4/6, Nallangudi Village, Deakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, on account of a mistake that occurred during UDR survey. The petitioner requested the respondent to rectify the error and to mutate the revenue records in the name of his father's legal heirs including himself. On the basis of the petitioner's representation, the first respondent issued notice of enquiry on 05.07.2023, 31.01.2023 and 27.03.2023 and in spite of the same, enquiry was not concluded and the orders were not passed. The petitioner therefore approached this Court for the aforesaid relief.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that enquiry has been completed and reasonable time may be granted for passing appropriate orders.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
