2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the private respondents from putting up construction.
3.The writ petition is anticipatory in nature. If the petitioner wants to avail any remedy against a private party, it is open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief. 2/4
