ORDER

This writ petition has been filed as against the show cause notice issued to the petitioner dated nil.

2.This court on 08.11.2023 while entertaining the writ petition had granted an order of interim stay. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 02.12.2025 there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the petition was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal. Accordingly, the writ petition is listed today. However, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/5

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on the instructions provided to him by a staff from the 2nd respondent office submits that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute this writ petition.

4.Since there is no representation for the petitioner and it appears that the respondents are also not inclined to proceed further, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
