Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAJA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8606 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.463 of 2022 on 09.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.8606 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.463 of 2022 on09.09.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in three months.
