ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing, the earlier order of this Court dated 08.11.2023 and a letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Andipattai in D.No. 358/2024, dated 28.02.2024 and forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni in D. No. 652/2024, dated 06.03.2024, seeking for extension of further 20 days to dispose the C.C. No. 486 of 2022, this Court made the following order:

As per the order passed by this Court dated 08.11.2023, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti was directed to dispose of C.C.No.486 of 2022, on or before 28.02.2024. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti requested to extend the time limit through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.The request of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti is hereby considered and time is extended further till 26.04.2024 to comply with the order of this Court, dated 08.11.2023.
