ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A4 and A5, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2021 and 26.09.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,149,302,120(B),109 of IPC in Crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application was dismissed very recently on 28.11.2022 and there is no change of circumstances. CRL OP(MD). No.22681 of 2022 considering the nature and gravity of the offence and also considering the conduct and attitude of the petitioner and also stage of the case had dismissed the petition.
