The Petitioner has sought for early disposal of Crl.MP.No.1582 of 2025, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2. The petitioner has filed the petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur. The said petition was filed on 31.07.2025. It is reported that the next date of hearing is on 25.09.2025. This Court finds from the averments made in the petition, there is no undue delay in the disposal of the petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for.
