PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.67 of 2013, dated 08.04.2013, registered under Section 420 IPC on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

The petitioner herein is Accused No.1 in Crime No.67 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police. He filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the said FIR pertaining to the abovesaid crime number.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State made a submission as after completion of investigation, the said FIR has been closed as action dropped.
