Respondents PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023 directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members as against the respondents 3 & 4, based on the representation dated 25.08.2025.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members as against the respondents 3 & 4, based on the representation dated 25.08.2025.

2. The representation of the petitioner is that he had purchased the land from the husband of the third respondent and the father of the respondents 4 to 6 and that after property was purchased by him, the private respondents illegally occupied the land and when the same was questioned, they threatened him with dire consequences.

3. This Court is of the view that the respondents 1 and 2 cannot take any action to evict the respondents 3 to 6. If the respondents 3 to 6 are in illegal occupation of the land, appropriate remedy is to approach civil court.
