ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8115 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5227 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.415 of 2024 dated 26.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not in dispute that the condition No.7(v) imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8115 of 2025 on 26.06.2025 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police station once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.8115 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5227 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.415 of 2024, dated 26.06.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
