ORDER

The petitioners seek quashing of the FIR in Crime No.92 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
