O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to monitor the investigation in Crime No.376 of 2022 pending on the file of the third respondent Police and direct the third respondent Police to take action against the accused forthwith in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the third respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court and directs the second respondent Police to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent Police.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.376 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent Police is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent Police. 2/4
