ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Selection Grade Conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 31.05.2019.

2. According to the writ petitioner, his terminal benefits were released only on 29.01.2021. Hence, he has sent a representation on 23.10.2023 seeking interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits.

3. In view of the above said facts, the respondents are directed to pay 6% interest from 01.06.2019 till 28.01.2021 shall be disbursed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
