ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is seeking to de-seal the library by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2024.
2. The petitioner had already approached this Court for a similar relief by filing W.P.(MD) No.22040 of 2024 and by order dated 18.09.2024, this Court considering the facts, had directed the petitioner to file an interim application for de-sealing and the same should be considered by the respondents within a period of 10 days.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had already filed an interim application and the same is pending without the same being considered as directed by this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that for the revision filed before the Commissioner, the hearing is fixed on 16.12.2024.
5. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the present writ petition. The petitioner shall appear before the first respondent on 16.12.2024 and the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on the very same day.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
