Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ASHOK KUMAR M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20444 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20444 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

modified to the effect that the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the other petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Sunday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
