The petitioner has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2022 from the file of the Sub Court, Neyveli, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, for disposal of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, both the parties are present before this Court. It is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the parties have arrived at a settlement and have also filed a Memo of Compromise, dated 13.06.2023, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, signed by them on 24.04.2023 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. 3.Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Memo of Compromise, dated 13.06.2023, shall form part of this order.
