ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T Assistant (Maths) Teacher, who was working in the fourth respondent School seeking a Mandamus to approve her appointment from 01.06.2015.

2. The clarification that were sought for by the second respondent is said to have already been furnished by the fourth respondent School. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law with regard to the proposal forwarded by the fourth respondent relating to the appointment of the writ petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
