Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ROBERT CHANDRA KUMAR.I, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 20.07.2022 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8250 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD) No.441 of 2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
