ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.456 of 2022 dated 10.12.2022 on the file of the respondent police in so far as these petitioners are concerned. 2.It can be seen that considering the imminent breach of peace, the case has been suo-motu registered by the Investigating Officer in the year 2022. In view of the efflux of the time, it is stated that the proceedings were forwarded to the RDO and the same was kept pending. Since nothing further has proceeded and in view of the sheer efflux of time, the same cannot be proceeded with.

3.Accordingly, the criminal original petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.456 of 2022 is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
