Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3829 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3829 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025 is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in 15 days, ie., on 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar Month, at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
