ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10168 of 2025, dated 25.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the second petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the second petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court for the first petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10168 of 2025 dated 25.06.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the second petitioner shall report before the respondent 2/4
