Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12924 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025. .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12924 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 is modified and the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 2/4

10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
