This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.52 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as the matter is amicably settled between the parties.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after investigation, final report has been filed as further 'action dropped' and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.
