ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.All that the petitioner seeks is provision of water connection and underground drainage connection for his residential premises. The petitioner has given application dated 31.05.2023. 3.The second respondent is directed to look into the petitioner's application and consider the same and if there is no other impediment, subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities, grant the connections as sought for by the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible.

4.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
