ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 08.08.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9828 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.801 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and the condition may be modified.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9828 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.801 of 2024, dated 08.08.2025, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until 2/4

further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
