ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.61 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, vide order dated 09.03.2025, an FIR has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner. Further, the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
