Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KARTHIKEYAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10394 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10904 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

Crl.M.P(MD)No.16496 of 2022 in 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10394 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10904 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent Police as and when required on issuance of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
