ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case in Crime No.16 of 2023 is registered for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120B IPC against three persons. Among three persons,, this petitioner is shown as the first accused.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since F.I.R., has been registered against the petitioner, he has to workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved. There is no question of harassment here. 2/4

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
