Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is a quarry lease holder. His lease period had already expired. He seeks extension. The petitioner's counsel states that difficulties and hardships had been faced by the petitioner in the wake of pandemic. He also argued that two other similarly placed persons were given extension of time. This Court will not be justified in giving any positive direction in this matter. It is entirely for the first respondent to take a call.
3. With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
