The mother of the detenu is before this Court seeking issuance of Writ Habeas Corpus alleging that her son is being under the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2.The respondent police has secured the detenu and produced before this Court today. On enquiry, we find that due to disturbance with the relative, the son of the petitioner is left his home and he finds no peace in the association of the parents. However, the detenu agrees that he frequently visit the petitioner and take care of his mother.
