This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during the pendency of this petition, an FIR in Crime No.29 of 2023, dated 22.12.2023 was registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 471 and 420 IPC. In this case, totally four accused were involved.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
