O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that Final Report is filed through E-filing before the concerned trial Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the above said trial process within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
