This application is filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.49 of 2013 dated 22.04.2013 on the file of the Respondent No.1 District Crime Branch, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.94 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2014 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
