ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta after sub-divisioning the survey number. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application before the respondent. After such receipt, the second respondent will hold an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. Before passing final order, the second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
