O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Cook Helper in the year 2015 on consolidated basis. After completion of 7 years of service, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.10.2022 before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to regularize her service and the same was not considered, till date. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
