Heard both sides.

2.Seeking issuance of widow certificate, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate furnished copy of the certificate that was issued to the writ petitioner today morning ie., 16.09.2025. The petitioner's grievance has been redressed. Nothing survives for further adjudication. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
